  1. Options
  2. File Menu
  3.     New Game - start game with settings in the preference menu
  4.   Open Game - load a saved game
  5.   Tournament - a standard 10-round battle in an attempt to win fame & glory (high scores)
  6.     Quit - (sort of obvious)
  7. Preference Menu
  8.     Music - turn music on and off
  9.     Sound - turn sound on and off
  10.     Speech - turn computer speech on and off
  11.                   You must have the Speech Manager installed for speech to work.
  12.     Buy Weapons - allow players (& computers) to buy weapons at end of each round
  13.     Simulate Faster - This will speed the game, but you won't be able to use the menus
  14.                              during the game.
  15.     Wind - turn wind on and off
  16.     Shifting Wind - wind will shift speeds during the game
  17.     Trace Shots - turn shot tracing on and off
  18.     Control Panel - display a control panel giving greater mouse control over the game
  19.     Order - This sub-menu chooses how the first player in a round will be chosen. Random
  20.         chooses a random tank, Round-Robin cycles through the tank numbers to choose who
  21.         goes first. Winners & Losers first let the tank with the highest or lowest
  22.         respective score go first.
  23.     Num Rounds - Choose how many rounds to play
  24.     Starting Cash - Choose how much cash each person starts with ($0-$500,000)
  25.     Game Speed - This controls the speed (and accuracy) at which shots are simulated
  26.     10 is the fastest and 1 is the slowest
  27.     Walls - Choose wall & ceiling settings
  28.     Floors - Choose floor settings
  29.   Ceilings - You guessed it, changes the ceiling settings!
  30.   Computers - This allows you to specify 2 things, if computers buy weapons, and
  31.      if they buy shields. (if they don't buy weapons, they obviously won't buy shields)

  33. Other Menu
  34.     Control Help - Shows the controls used to play the game.
  35.     Edit Death Quotes - Edit the things that people say when they die. These are stored in
  36.      your custom weapons file.
  37.     Edit Weapons - This allows you to edit your custom weapons, and create new ones.
  38.     Define mountain - Set the parameters used for generating the ground
  39.     Memory & Graphics - Define what graphics preferences to use during the game
  40.     View Game Config - During the game, this will remind you what the current settings are
  41.     Redraw Screen - If you are overwhelmed with traced shots, redraw the screen.
  42.     View High Scores - These are the best Tournament scores.
